unable to upload pdf file (exceeds 256KB)

I have written a detailed troubleshooting guideline for the 67-68 sequential taillight system in pdf format (currently 29 pages), however when I try to upload his ti the forum, it exceeds the 256KB maximum size (my file in pdf compressed format is 540KB).

How can I upload this to share this information with our Cougar community?
