Hi, can anyone tell me, is the vacuum line fitting on the vacuum Canister supposed to be at the top or bottom when it is mounted inside the fender well? And does it face inside the fender or toward the front of the car?
Currently i have the Canister mounted with the fitting at the top pointed towards the front of the car but I am thinking this is wrong.
Correct. the hose barb locates the hole for the vac line (w/ white stripe) in the fender behind the headlight
