Vintage Mercury Cougar Illustrations and Graphics

Getting “cabin fever” here with all this bad weather. Took the opportunity to scan in some of my vintage Cougar illustrations so that the Delmarva Cougar Club can pepper our club Facebook page with them from time to time to keep it interesting.

These are from my collection of original Lincoln-Mercury marketing materials plus vintage toy and model packaging, etc.

Be sure to drop in every once-and-awhile to check them out:

I love this stuff!

Sweet! I like it. :sunglasses:

Sharp!

I love the graphic work you do, it is so creative. I wish I could get a bunch made for my personal use.

Hey there Scott, and thanks.

I miss working with you, I think the stuff that we did while you were in charge of the CCOA has stood the test of time and it always seemed to go so smoothly. A real pleasure.

As I head towards “semi-retirement”, which is to say, when I’m financially able to transition from paying commercial work to personal work, my plan is to do lots of classic Mercury Cougar themed art.

And to build all those dang Cougar model kits I’ve bought!

So stay tuned :beerchug:

Don’t look forward to retirement too much as old age usually is not far behind. Unless you hit the lottery early retirement plan.

LOL! I hear ya Scott - my kids would be the first to tell you that I am already old

Here is a scan of a beautiful painting of a '69 'vert. This is from Ford’s 1968 Annual Report.

Be sure to drop in on the Delmarva Cougar Club Facebook page from time-to-time to see more cool vintage Lincoln-Mercury marketing materials.
