In sunny Phoenix we had our first 100 degree day and in Chicago they are expecting snow. Go figure.

So while you are waiting for it cool off or warm up we have some great Cougars to consider for the May 2019 Ride of the Month!

From down under Australia we have Leon Bray’s '69 CJ convertible

Lxg44’s 1969 Restomod

Double E’s '69 Sport Special

Royce Peterson’s '68 XR-7 428CJ

The 69 is actually a 69 standard convertible running a 302W on propane

Beautiful cars each with unique stories, I’m looking forward to the write up. All are amazing and could see any one of them being selected.

Good luck to all

And a gorgeous Cougar it is Leon! That color is stunning!

Not many people can say they have a classic car of any breed running on Propane…at least not here in the states.

My brother bought a T-Top 70s Trans-Am running on propane. He converted it back to regular gas and sold it, doubling his money.

actually can be a popular option here. I have seen a lot of older stuff converted since its reality cheap to do vs and EFI conversion. Back in my 4wd days guys would take old 70-80s era Toyotas and stick propane on them to ditch the carbs. I had a buddy with a 60s bronco on propane too.

Always love the rockers on the 69 Sport Specials. Had those on my 70 XR7, even though it was not an option for 70 - the original owner had them placed on & I wasn’t going to remove them… Just enough to get my vote.

Wouldn’t mind to see the 69 convertible win either - sharp color.

Tough choice between those 2 for me.
