I’m looking for a RUST FREE 1970 Eliminator 4 speed in Competition Blue. Most likely a 351C car but would consider a 428 or B2 if price was not too high (yea right…ha). Driver quality “20 ft er” preferred. I want to drive this car. I realize I will be adding cash to the deal.

I wish you the best of luck with your sale/trade. I might be off base here but I think the outright price of 15K seems a bit high. I think your best bet financially might be to finishing assembling your 67 then look for the trade. You’ll more than likely have better barging power towards the Eliminator. Just my thoughts.
Steven

PS. The Grabber Blue looks awesome!

Never hurts to stick out your chest and ask! I will trade you straight across for a basket case numbers matching 1968 xr7G and a lifetime supply of WCCC apparel!

Hi Steven. I did wonder if that may be the case. I do have some good room for negations. I figured some people may try to beat me up pretty bad so I would give myself plenty of wiggle room! I did realize some of the options are pretty pricey. The tilt is complete, console unbroken, and radio pretty unique. It the new owner didnt want those options (say to restomod car) I could even do much better!

Hi Don. Thanks for the offer! Sounds like a nice car you have there. I really have my heart set on a 70 Comp Blue Eliminator 4 spd. But thanks for the trade offer! I just threw this out there to see what happens.

I may end up finishing this if nothing comes up. But reality is setting with me that as I age my project completion success rate declines…ha! Now I just want to cruise in a cool driver. Something I just tinker on, fix when breaks. Forgot to mention, I would also consider an Eliminator tribute car if price reflects its a tribute.

Hi Don. Do you have any pictures of the basket case XR7G?

car has 68 non tilt column in it
