So I have come to the realization that my current car is beyond my abilities/wallet size to bring back to life.
What I am thinking is this. I have a new motor and trans that I built for my car. In a perfect world I would find a car with minimal bodywork that needs a drivetrain. I would like to stay under or around the 4000-5000 dollar mark. I would be completely happy with even a base model car however a/c and p/s would be a plus. I’m looking at wanting to do a bit of a “restomod” type car. A 1968 would great but a 1967 would be fine as well. The car doesn’t necessarily need to be complete either.
I do have a rust free hood and trunk lid that I could use if necessary. Obviously, I do have a whole other car with other miscellaneous usable parts.
I live in Utah so I would prefer to stay in the west as far as traveling to get the car is concerned.
