We have never had an official one before. What do you guys think best describes us in one short sentence / phrase? I have been kicking around “Let’s get it right”. This fits for the guy that wants the right, original looking part, it applies to getting an order correctly picked, boxed and shipped and most important when a customer is not 100% satisfied and calls us to tell us so the first thing we should always say is… “Lets get it right then!”.
… because we care.
How about “The helpful Cougar place”. No that won’t work. “That’s the power of WCCC” No, not that either. “You’re in good hands with WCCC”. Nah. Sorry, I got nuthin’.
How about “Cougar enthusiast, getting it right” or “class act”.

Don, I like “Lets get it right then”. If I had a messed up order, hearing something like “Lets get it right then” would put me more a peace while I wait for the order to be fixed. I don’t think of it as much of a slogan, but more of a statement. Another would be, “We can fix that”! Puts some confidence into it. If you want a vintage feel, something like, “Your order is job one”! 
Your Cougar and WCCC, it’s a great fit.
I don’t have a slogan to submit (yet). But my only concern about “Lets get it right” / “Lets get it right then”… is that it implies you did something wrong to begin with.
Maybe something more along the lines of “Lets get it right, together”? But I think you need to tie in Cougars / cats in there somehow.
