Which black?

I am working on the grill assembly and need to know which black to use on these parts? I have SEM black to use for the grill, but thought these parts were more of a semi-gloss finish. Any input is appreciated.

SEM trim black is the ticket when it comes to the headlights. I did everything with it but you could use a semi gloss on the bulb surround to break it up a bit of you prefer

I’ve used SEM trim black on my headlight restorations. All of the parts received the same paint.

Only used it up front, on the grills, doors and headlight bezels. Used regular semi gloss on the headlight inner rings, door hinges, and main buckets themselves.

I used SEM Semi-gloss on everything up front. It’s really durable with correct prep. I didn’t care about doing the bulb surrounds a different shade since they’re only open when it’s dark out.

You can’t go wrong with that line of thinking. That’s the same reason I did everything on my headlights in SEM trim black. I guess you can do whatever makes you feel good about your restoration, there’s nothing wrong with using Two finishes.
