Looking for a Wiring Keeper for under the steering column for a tilt-away 1969 XR7.
A trashed wire keeper with a good spring clip will work. That is what is broken on mine.
Is a tilt cover different than a standard column? I have a fix column cover
It is different. That is why I am hoping to find a mangled standard so I can just replace the spring clip. The tilts seem to be scarce.
The clip is the same. Easy enough to rivet a new clip on your cover.
That is my plan if I can find one. The keeper is already painted and ready to go.
I would be interested in your wire keeper.
You have anything to trade? I could use a clear plastic ac bezel…don’t know if you have a pile of parts…
What is the AC bezel? - photo. I have some parts - mostly kept after replacing with better parts. So, not the best selection. Ask away!

That plastic face plate for 1969 - 1970 Cougars with A/C is available as a reproduction from WCCC for $ 18.25 ( on line order price ) and is their
stock # 13088. Here is an image of what it looks like:
I ordered one and it is a very good reproduction in thickness, clarity and lettering size / font.
