Wiring cover? Or wrap name?

I didn’t know what to search, to find what people are using as a replacement cover, for wiring harness covering? Is the best choice just black electrical tape, or is there something better? Both for under the hood, and the tail light harness?

The tail lamp harness typically uses snakeskin. The harness under the hood uses electrical tape.

Wire harness tape, which is non-adhesive. If you elect to use electrical tape, be sure to get a quality tape, like 3M.
