Halbey, Yours looks an awful lot like ours. Just had the vinyl top installed a little over a week ago. What color is yours? Ours is Ford Kona Blue Metallic.

That does look identical. I went with Midnight Blue Metallic as I saw on a 2005 or 2006 reproduction Ford GT40. The Dupont color was called Royal Blue.

Yours Cougar looks amazing also. I had the steel Magnum 500’s originally like you do. I love the looks of those, such an iconic 70’s muscle car look. Mine were rusted in spots so I sold them and got the new stainless steel ones from WCCC.

Tuesday I was driving back roads to a small local show. A pick up heading opposite direction starts honking & the driver waving his arms like crazy. I gave him the thumbs up.
He turns the truck around and catches up to me…. Maybe a mile later there is room for me to pull off the road. He stops jumps out of the truck and comes over. Turns out he is a past prez of the NECC.
Quick chat and he went home and broke out his 67 for the show. Amazing stories getting to know each other and our cars.

I was at a show that Hagerty sponsored right in front of Ford’s rebuilt Michigan Central Station today. Just a spectator.
