First–YES I am proud of my 'EERS and what they did last night so bear with me … Of all the sports pictures I have seen over the years I think this one from last night may become my all time favorite. It reminded me of when I went to the Sugar bowl the year WVU played Georgia in Atlanta(because of Katrina). My seat was in the middle of the Georgia section at least 1 1/2 sections from the nearest Mountaineer section. Any way, the pic:
Bwaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaahahahahahaha!!!
I was privileged enough to get to go to the second shellacking OU handed out to TX (03 or 04??), anyway…their whole end of the stadium looked like that…Awesome! Can’t wait for next season, or the season after that, Chuck…loser buys?(beverages, no cars! LMAO)
Somebody needs a smiley-vention…
Don’t have a pic, but… many years ago, when i was living in Edmonton, Alberta, Edmonton Oilers were playing the Quebec Nordiques (in the old WHL). We were 3 french guys from Quebec, and went to the game. I had met a few of the guys playing. WE got into the same situation as the guy in the picture above… Quebec scored a goal, all 3 of us stood up with the big yay!, and we then noticed we were the only ones making noise if the whole Coliseum, with everyone looking at us nastily.
We promptly shut up and sat down. We did do it over again at each goal… For those who don’t know, hockey fans often fought at games like this
Unfortunately in today’s world you get beat within an inch of your life being in a situation like that. Makes you wonder what the hell is wrong with some people.
LOL!!! No cars? an you take all the fun out of everything 3!! I have a feeling I will be buying more often than not, but sure thing—loser buys…
Sweet!!! I’ll put my order in now, so you can start saving…Oban…very old Oban…
OH!! You mean we aren’t just talking one of these ? LOL!!! I will have to google that there Olban… On another note, pretty nice blog article from an Oklahoman sports writer: http://blog.newsok.com/berrytramel/2012/01/05/big-12-football-watch-out-for-west-virginia/
Good article! Other than that scab-ripping he did on OU’s famous flops in BCS games…LMAO. Didn’t realize Louisville and Cinci were in the mix, either…that’d be cool. Cinci’s usually pretty good, don’t know how Louis has done recently.
Here is one of my favorites sport pictures.
Still the only perfect Super Bowl winners the 1972 Miami Dolphins.

Al that’s the truth. Growing up in Coral Gables I was born a Dolphins fan. Bob Griese and his family lived three blocks from us and we went to the same church. I remember my mother loading the car after the Super Bowl and taking my brothers and I to get ice cream. Memories that will last a lifetime!
Watching all of the current teams get close to a perfect season makes you understand how hard it really is. Don Shula and Dan Marino spoiled me with winning seasons and playoff appearances. Now I just want a team that can be above .500 for at least 3 years in a row.

Well, you could get T.O. out of retirment, he might help…
Thanks but…no thanks! The Fins have a hard time as it is they don’t need someone that is bigger than the Game! He had talent but I always felt he thought more of himself than his team. Very big ego. I will give credit where credit is due, he played an awesome game in Super Bowl XXXIX after breaking his ankle and tearing ligaments 7 weeks earlier.

Maybe the Dolphins will get Matt Flynn.
I would rather he go to an AFC team.
Matt Flynn looked great during the Lions vs Green Bay game. I don’t know a lot about him other wise. The Dolphins have a lot to work through. Head coach being the biggest thing I see. That has been a constant problem. Get a good coach then use a system that works with the play makers you have or can get. Just my two cents.

LOL, that was really just a joke…I’m an Eagles guy, and was sooooooooooo disappointed when they picked him up…think he and Ocho-goobo have done more harm than good…
Couple things. Gotta respect TO’s work ethic. Probably the hardest worker since Jerry Rice. That being said, he’s still a giant douche. I don’t really have a problem with Bad Chad. People just take him a little too seriously. I think he was just having fun. The guys I can’t stand are the asswipes like Randy Moss. Nothing but a waste of oxygen as far as I’m concerned.

Al I couldn’t agree more. T.O. had a very strong work ethic, just was to cocky I thought. Chad “Ochoa Cinco or 85” seemed to have fun. Laughed a lot at his sideline future H.O.F. jacket. I think the game should be fun and they should enjoy playing it. Sometimes the NFL (No Fun League) keeps that from happening. Randy Moss what a waste, never liked him as a player…at all!
