Best carburetor for a stroked 390 to 445

I am planing on stroking my 390 to 445. In my hertz g . I Will be using SCJ exhaust manifolds with 2 1 /4 or 2 1/2.exhaust .Edelbrock performer intake. Rebuilding the c6 trans with wide ratio first and second gear’s The rear gears will be 3.25 or 3.50 with a Eaton true track lor a Detroit locker in the 9” rear end. What would be a good carburetor for this combo. I have a 600 cfm Holley C8of-12127-D. Also I have been looking at the Holley 735 cfm carburetor as well. Any thoughts would be appreciated .

I would go with a C9AF-U.Service replacement for CJ.They look correct and function well.
