Golly-G, thanks for the reply. Having just read it the first thing I did was run out in the shop to see the old vinyl on the console I just re-did and it is very similiar to the color on the kits, then I uncovered my other G-car and its woodgrain is slightly lighter. Maybe they had different batches or maybe it has something to do with the way the car was stored. I think as long as you replace all 3 parts it will be hard to tell. At least you will be able to read the lettering. Thanks again.
No problem Scott, thanks for taking on this project. I’m sure it helps many of us out.
Yes, thanks Scott, Im looking forward to getting it.
Scott,
I got mine today. They look good.
Thanks for the effort,
Fran
Hi All;
Final call on the G console kits. I have just a few un-claimed kits left. I have shipped all the kits out to those that sent payment. I need to order a minimum 10 kits at a time to keep the price at the current level ($30) so should anyone like one of the remaining kits please let me know. Thank you to all of you that purchased the kits.
Scott if I buy one of your kits will you find me a big block G to use it in?
I have a big block G already with your name on it you can have, check out the link below. It even comes with the console kit installed. You and could keep the S-code G car for yourself and give Peg or Kelly the X-code XR7 you already have.
