THE BEER THREAD

Coors heavy wins? ARE YOU SERIOUS???
(OOOPSSS! Our local PRCA Rodeo is next week; gotta remember to say “Banquet” instead of “heavy”)

And Miler High Life is a contender? Un-f’n-believeable! I use that stuff for making beer-batter shrimp or boiling brat’s - because “the skunkier the better” in those applications.

That whole competition must have been put together by someone who sips umbrella drinks and watches beer commercials on TV.

I finally tried an Arrogent Bastard Ale the other night. At 20 oz per bottle and 7.2% alcohol it is not for the timid. i have to tell you though it was a darn good beer! It has a similar taste to Sam Adams Boston Lager.

Arrogant Bastard Ale…mental note made to give it a try!

Hey Mo, you haven’t had a Stella till you had it on a beach in Croatia served to you by a beautiful Croatian girl that speaks no English…I asked her what beers she had and Stella Artois was the only thing I understood. It turns out that it tastes different over there…maybe it was just that I was a single guy on a beach in Croatia!?

Think the “single/on a beach” might have influenced it a bit!

I like the color of that A.B.A!!

DUDE! You CANNOT say “color”.

Pardon…I like the tone/hue/shade of that A.B.A…

I always knew you were a beer racist T3!

AM NOT!! I like a good Pale Ale, too!!!

What about a decent red? :biggrin2:

Naaaah…reds are for Al…

Actually, that reminds me of a song I’m sure we’ve all heard before…adapted for this thread…

“Red and yellow, black and white, they are precious in my sight, T3 loves all the beers of the world!!!”

:beerchug:

Whisky’s too rough, Champagine costs too much…just to make it clear … I like beer… It makes me a Jolly good fellow… I like beer… It makes me feel warm amd mellow!

Everybody now!

LOL, love that song.

Great, now the Indians are gonna be on our ass too…nice IPA

as long as we seem to be on a theme here…God love the Irish!..and my beer of choice for the evening.

Killians is good…used to go have a “Brewtus” of Killians after work with some friends when I lived in Wichita…think it was Applebees that had the Brewtus…??? Anyway, it was this huge, tall glass, full to the top…one and done! LOL.

BTW, G68…“I feel more like I do now than I did yesterday”…that a Mad Hatter line from Alice in Wonderland?? The Johnny Depp version, that is…

Not sure where it came from…surely not the Johnny Depp version of A in W because I have been saying it for years.

Yes, the Brewtus was Applebee’s…I usually went for one (on occasion two) Brewtus of Guiness when I used to go there 4 or 5 nights a week. Believe it or not, Applebee’s is a great place to meet women!
