I extolled of my Dan Chock rebuilt steering box when I got it. Brought me right back to 1970, which isn’t that great.

Suspension rebuilt, steering still vague

The remanufactured SMB-K steering box with attached Pitman arm has arrived from Chockostang, and will purportedly be installed on Monday. These thing is heavy! Are modern steering box cases ever made of aluminum? [IMG_7896] [IMG_7898]
