GT-E Photo registry. Post 'em up!

Great photos! Your Nordic Blue GT-E is beautiful. Wasn’t your car for sale recently or am I mistaken?
Steven

Yes, I had it for sale on ebay last year or the year before, deal was not completed and I retained ownership. Business has picked up and it will not be sold anytime soon now.

I have a couple picture of your GT-E being judged at the 1990 ish Cougar nationals. Not in jpg format, so I can’t post here, but pm your e-mail and I can send them to you.

Good for you that you were able to keep your GT-E. After selling it and getting it back in the family I’d want to keep it. So I’m glad your business picked up.
Steven

Rick Manus owned the car from 70 to 73 and again from 92 to 2004 when I bought it. He said it had been painted in 89 and he completed everything else. He kept all receipts and so forth for this work.

Real nice 67 you have there.

Chris

Thanks for the kind words about my car. I misunderstood your ownership history but none the less your GT-E is stunning.
Steven

This was for sale in the Holland Michigan area in about 2007, I dont know who bought it or if it sold. But I saved these pictures.

I might be wrong but I believe that is the GT-E that Royce passed on. He was told it was a 390 s code Cougar. John Baumann old GT-E, I think. Sold for somewhere in the neighborhood of 60k unrestored. Restored and went for sale last May Mecum in Indy, no sale and went to the Bid Goes On. The pictures look familiar so I hope I’m not way off base on this one.

You’re right Steven, that is John Baumann’s old GT-E. John

These pics are from August of 2006 and this car was for sale in Arizona at that time according to my notes. Again, I don’t know who owns this car now.

A nice group of GT-E cars together.

Chris – Not sure I’ve ever seen this particular photo before. Do you know where it was taken, when, and whose cars they are (left to right)? Thanks.

Jim,

That’s a picture I took at Roush when we had a C.A.T.S show there and a GT-E reunion that John Baumann put together. Six GT-E’s altogether.

Royce Peterson, John Baumann, Kim Bray, and I don’t remember the owner of the last one. A black GT-E from Canada. Susan Roush two GT-E’s not pictured.

Okay Brian, thanks very much.
Jim

I save all the GT-E pics I come across, if I don’t know who’s car it is I’m subject to post it up. That is a very cool picture Brian, hope you don’t mind me throwing it out there.

This one was for sale in January of 06 in New Jersey. So where did it get off to?

I try to save a lot of XR7G and GT-E photos also. Looking at the picture of the red GT-E I see the G type hood pins and are those Mercury (red) valve covers?

Steven

Here’s more on that car.

Last known owner of record is in Nevada.

It sold at Barrett Jackson after Brian restored it.
